Shortlist Announced: 3rd Villa Magazine Biennial Award

Villaaward 1404— Villa Magazine has revealed the shortlisted codes for the 3rd Biennial Villa Award 1404, selected from over 500 submitted codes and 320 architectural works by architects and firms across Iran. The 60 shortlisted codes competed across three categories: Built Projects, Unbuilt Projects, and Idea Projects.

The final jury convened on December 11, 2025, at Valiasr Dorsa Home Gallery, capping three days of intensive online deliberations. Esteemed national and international critics, architects, and artists evaluated entries for creativity, innovation, and spatial quality.

Shortlisted participants will attend the winners and honorable mentions ceremony on Monday, December 15, 2025.

Established by Villa Magazine, the Villa Award celebrates excellence in villa design, experimental houses, and future prototypes.
