Winner Announced: 3rd Villa Magazine Biennial Award

 Villa Magazine announced the winners of the 3rd Biennial Villa Award 1404 (2025) during a ceremony on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Dorsa Home Golhak Showroom. Selected from over 500 submission codes and 320 architectural works by Iranian architects and firms, these winners represent the three categories: Built Projects, Unbuilt Projects, and Idea Projects.

The final jury convened on December 11, 2025, at Valiasr Dorsa Home Gallery, following three days of online deliberations by national and international critics, architects, and artists who evaluated entries for creativity, innovation, and spatial quality.

Award Background
Established by Villa Magazine, the Villa Award celebrates excellence in villa design, experimental houses, and future prototypes.
